Roos Estate Sauvignon Blanc Rose, Western Cape, South Africa

Delicate coral pink in colour, fresh fruit nose with strawberries and tropical fruit flavours. The wine is a blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc co-fermented with 5% Pinotage which gives a lovely coral pink colour and adds a subtle wild strawberry note, the wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel to retail freshness and acidity.
